Start with the approved project scope and limits. Capture incoming client requests from email, meetings, chat, tickets, or other sources. Review each request against the current authorized scope and classify it as In Scope, Change, or Clarify.
For changes, build a controlled change order with added hours, fee, schedule impact, and proposed delivery date. Save versions, preserve approval evidence, and keep previously authorized additions visible when later requests are reviewed.
The Work Authorization Gate can hold approved work until required deposit or PO/reference conditions are satisfied. Project Review then shows the original contract, approved growth, pending exposure, authorized value, and potential project value.
The Client-Safe Approval Package keeps internal cost and margin information out of the client-facing document.
